Description:
First Advantage is seeking an Engineering Tech Lead in Kraków, Poland, to lead a high-performing team of Full Stack Engineers on high-volume, security-intensive applications.
The role involves building a Scrum team, developing, integrating, and delivering software products across all layers of the stack, including UI/UX, database integration, and automation frameworks for testing and deployment.
Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a Scrum team, providing technical leadership, collaborating with the Product Team, designing and developing software applications, managing delivery schedules, and ensuring quality of work.
The position requires a focus on Azure Cloud services, secure coding practices, and compliance with industry security standards.
The Tech Lead will also mentor junior and senior developers, review designs and code, and assist the testing team with application issues.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 7-10 years of development experience in high-volume, SAAS platforms.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Agile development environment (Scrum or Kanban preferred) as a technical lead or manager is required.
Proven experience in leading teams to build scalable, robust, secure, and cloud-based software applications is essential.
Proficiency in modern development languages and frameworks such as Java and C# is necessary.
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular and back-end technologies including Oracle/PostgreSQL databases is required.
Expertise in Microservices architecture, cloud-based application development, and automation frameworks like Jenkins and Git is needed.
In-depth experience with Azure Cloud services, including deployment, management, and optimization of cloud-based applications is crucial.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent documentation and communication skills are essential.
Candidates should be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and able to mentor and grow technical talent within the team.
