Candidates should be based in Ukraine, Poland, or the Czech Republic.
Key tasks include driving technical investigations, leading workshops, managing task estimation, performing code reviews, and mentoring the ERP team.
The role also involves providing end-user support, troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and managing technical debt.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with various ERP systems, including NetSuite.
Proven expertise in building, testing, and managing ERP processes with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and optimization is required.
Strong knowledge of system design and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is essential, along with hands-on experience in system integration.
A tech-agnostic approach with flexibility to work across various tech stacks and a deep understanding of ETL processes is necessary.
A proven track record of leading successful ERP implementations is required.
Commitment to high-quality, sustainable development practices is essential.
Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher is mandatory.
Experience working with 1C and hands-on experience with automation tools and RPA solutions are considered a plus.
