Description:

Privy is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to be the primary technical owner for its business and go-to-market operations.
The role involves combining technical expertise with an understanding of customer and business objectives to develop and deploy software features.
The engineer will work closely with customers, including OpenSea, Blackbird, and Zora, to understand their technical and operational objectives.
Responsibilities include designing, coding, and launching features using Typescript, React, and NextJS, while fully owning the end-to-end development process.
The engineer will drive product deployments, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Championing customer success is essential, ensuring feedback and pain points are prioritized by the team.
The role requires diving deep into customer codebases to understand product usage and identify improvement opportunities.
The engineer will partner with internal stakeholders to align the product roadmap with customer needs.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required.
Candidates must possess excellent coding skills and technical acumen.
Superb problem-solving skills and the ability to understand both the product and business aspects of development are essential.
Strong production software experience is necessary.
Experience in building and owning features end-to-end is required.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are a must.
A passion for handling ambiguity and learning new technologies, frameworks, and tools is important.
An entrepreneurial mindset and a high ownership attitude are desired.
A strong desire for impact and a deep sense of urgency for work is expected.
