The role is for an experienced Software Engineer / Software Developer, referred to as Software Craftspeople, who will work on client projects, which may include greenfield projects for startups or modernizing systems for large enterprises.
Responsibilities may include working as an embedded craftsperson within a client's team or coaching and mentoring to introduce Craftsmanship values to organizations.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a high level of English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
A minimum of 6 years of experience with at least one of the following languages: Java, C#, Python, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, or PHP, along with its build system is required.
Experience working as a freelance or consultant is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable with Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
Familiarity with cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is expected.
Knowledge of multi-layer application designs is required.
A quality-oriented mindset is essential, including adherence to best practices such as Testing (ideally TDD), pair programming, continuous integration/deployment, and Agile methodologies, as well as SOLID principles.
Candidates should be passionate about writing and improving clean code and systems.
A collaborative approach and a willingness to share knowledge and learn from others are important.
Resilience, adaptability, and a driven attitude are desired traits.
Curiosity and a love for learning new technologies, techniques, and approaches are essential.
