Remote Front End Developer / Next.js

Description:

• As a Front End Developer at IOG, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of IOG’s web assets, which are crucial for public interaction with the company's products and overall business efforts.
• You will work on a Jamstack set-up using Next.js and Sanity CMS, along with expertise in JavaScript, Node JS, and React.
• Your duties will include building reusable code, optimizing code for speed and scalability, collaborating with various teams, implementing site builds, and maintaining deployed assets post-launch.
• You will also be involved in process improvements, ensuring high-quality standards, and working on project deliverables within agreed deadlines.

Requirements:

• Expert level understanding of JavaScript, React, and the React ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of JS ecosystem, including NPM, Node JS, and Jamstack.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, LESS, SASS, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js.
• Experience with headless CMS driven static site generation and Git workflows.
• Ability to ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, build responsive layouts, and understand SEO principles.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with visually refined modern marketing websites.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to learn and share knowledge with the team.
