The role involves close collaboration with Product Owners, Designers, and other Engineers.
The position emphasizes designing, testing, and implementing user-facing software applications with a focus on front-end development.
Daily tasks include building responsive and interactive user interfaces, collaborating on design decisions, optimizing performance, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and writing tests for front-end components.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Front-End Engineer.
Familiarity with the React framework is required.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript is necessary.
Proficiency in using CSS pre-processors such as Sass and/or LESS is expected.
Candidates should be familiar with Component-Driven Design and tools like Storybook for building and testing components in isolation.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, is required.
A good understanding of English and Portuguese, both written and spoken, is necessary.
Candidates must understand cross-browser and device compatibility issues and how to address them.
The ability to integrate web services (RESTful, JSON) is required.
Understanding of Vite as a front-end build tool, especially in React and TypeScript environments, is necessary.
Expertise in unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests using frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright is essential for ensuring code robustness and maintainability.
