The company seeks a Frontend Developer (middle level) to join their Development team as soon as possible.
The Frontend Developer will work on various projects and collaborate with teams in Development, UI, UX, QA, and SEO.
The mission includes designing and developing exceptional user experiences, focusing on proactive analysis and performance of web applications.
Responsibilities include optimizing frontend performance, implementing monitoring policies, collaborating with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability, and participating in the architecture of new services and products.
The role involves establishing coding best practices, conducting code reviews, writing technical documentation, programming with a Mobile First design approach, and ensuring frontend security.
The developer will manage version flows, stay updated on emerging technologies, and assist in resolving technical issues.
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience as a Frontend Developer is required.
Proficiency in React, React Native, and Redux (Thunk and Sagas) is essential.
Knowledge of Vue.js and/or Next.js is highly valued.
Experience with native Android and iOS ecosystems is necessary.
Familiarity with React libraries such as React Query or React Admin is required.
Experience with Typescript is preferred, especially in asynchronous and functional programming.
A commitment to best practices and clean code in development processes (CI/CD, TDD, Code Review, Pair Programming, Static Analysis) is important.
Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is required.
Strong communication skills, with a focus on being clear and kind, are essential.
A desire to build trust within the team and adapt to a fast-paced environment is necessary.
The candidate should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with other teams, valuing personal and collective growth.
