Remote Frontend Developer

• The company seeks a Frontend Developer (middle level) to join their Development team as soon as possible.
• The Frontend Developer will work on various projects and collaborate with teams in Development, UI, UX, QA, and SEO.
• The mission includes designing and developing exceptional user experiences, focusing on proactive analysis and performance of web applications.
• Responsibilities include optimizing frontend performance, implementing monitoring policies, collaborating with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability, and participating in the architecture of new services and products.
• The role involves establishing coding best practices, conducting code reviews, writing technical documentation, programming with a Mobile First design approach, and ensuring frontend security.
• The developer will manage version flows, stay updated on emerging technologies, and assist in resolving technical issues.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience as a Frontend Developer is required.
• Proficiency in React, React Native, and Redux (Thunk and Sagas) is essential.
• Knowledge of Vue.js and/or Next.js is highly valued.
• Experience with native Android and iOS ecosystems is necessary.
• Familiarity with React libraries such as React Query or React Admin is required.
• Experience with Typescript is preferred, especially in asynchronous and functional programming.
• A commitment to best practices and clean code in development processes (CI/CD, TDD, Code Review, Pair Programming, Static Analysis) is important.
• Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is required.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on being clear and kind, are essential.
• A desire to build trust within the team and adapt to a fast-paced environment is necessary.
• The candidate should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with other teams, valuing personal and collective growth.
