They are seeking a Frontend Developer (junior-middle) to join their Development team as soon as possible.
The Frontend Developer will work on various projects and collaborate with areas such as Development, UI, UX, QA, and SEO.
The mission includes contributing to the design and development of exceptional user experiences, focusing on proactive analysis and performance of web applications.
Responsibilities include optimizing frontend capacity and performance, implementing monitoring policies, collaborating with back-end developers and web designers, participating in architecture discussions, establishing coding best practices, writing technical documentation, programming with a Mobile First design, managing version flow, staying updated on emerging technologies, and assisting in technical problem resolution.
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience as a Frontend Developer is required.
Proficiency in React, React Native, and Redux (Thunk and Sagas) is essential.
Knowledge of Vue.js and/or Next.js is highly valued.
Experience with native Android and iOS ecosystems is necessary.
Familiarity with React libraries such as React Query or React Admin is required.
Experience with Typescript is preferred, especially in asynchronous and functional programming.
A commitment to best practices and clean code during the development process (CI/CD, TDD, Code Review, Pair Programming, Static Analysis) is important.
Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is required.
Strong communication skills, with a focus on being clear and kind, are essential.
A desire to build trust within the team and adapt to a fast-paced environment is necessary.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams is important, with a focus on personal and collective growth.
