Description:

  • They are seeking a Frontend Developer (junior-middle) to join their Development team as soon as possible.
  • The Frontend Developer will work on various projects and collaborate with areas such as Development, UI, UX, QA, and SEO.
  • The mission includes contributing to the design and development of exceptional user experiences, focusing on proactive analysis and performance of web applications.
  • Responsibilities include optimizing frontend capacity and performance, implementing monitoring policies, collaborating with back-end developers and web designers, participating in architecture discussions, establishing coding best practices, writing technical documentation, programming with a Mobile First design, managing version flow, staying updated on emerging technologies, and assisting in technical problem resolution.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Frontend Developer is required.
  • Proficiency in React, React Native, and Redux (Thunk and Sagas) is essential.
  • Knowledge of Vue.js and/or Next.js is highly valued.
  • Experience with native Android and iOS ecosystems is necessary.
  • Familiarity with React libraries such as React Query or React Admin is required.
  • Experience with Typescript is preferred, especially in asynchronous and functional programming.
  • A commitment to best practices and clean code during the development process (CI/CD, TDD, Code Review, Pair Programming, Static Analysis) is important.
  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on being clear and kind, are essential.
  • A desire to build trust within the team and adapt to a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams is important, with a focus on personal and collective growth.
