Description:

Codility is seeking a Frontend Engineer to help shape a product designed for engineers to evaluate engineers.
The role is fully remote, based in Poland, and involves working with a talented engineering team.
The Interview product team focuses on transforming the hiring process by building products that allow candidates to demonstrate their skills while saving time for interviewers and recruiters.
The engineer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities include ensuring accessibility standards are met, contributing to user experience, developing products, designing frontend architecture, maintaining systems, and promoting software development best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have demonstrable experience with React, ideally using TypeScript, in a Product-led or SaaS organization.
Experience with user behavior data and user analytics is required.
Proficiency in designing and developing user interfaces and experiences is essential.
A good understanding of public cloud services, preferably AWS, and application development is necessary.
Strong knowledge of modern software development practices such as Trunk Based Development, Continuous Delivery, and TDD is required.
Experience with large frontend codebases, AI-assisted tooling for development, and accessibility principles is preferred.
