Remote Frontend Engineer

Description:

• Ethena Labs is developing the first ETH-based yield-bearing synthetic dollar, sUSDe.
• The team includes experienced professionals from traditional finance and crypto engineering backgrounds.
• They are working on derivative infrastructure to transform Ethereum into the Internet Bond.
• The goal is to create a crypto-native, yield-bearing synthetic dollar that is not dependent on traditional banking infrastructure.
• The project includes building fixed and floating rate internet bonds and composable repo leveraged markets.
• The role involves developing and maintaining scalable frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and CSS.
• Collaborating with UI/UX designers and product managers to create accessible and user-friendly DeFi experiences.
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translating them into high-quality code.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building front-ends for decentralized applications.
• Strong ability in writing modular, maintainable code within a complex codebase.
• 2+ years of experience in building large-scale production web-apps with React.js.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Next.js.
• Experience in building Web3 applications using web3.js or ethers.js.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
