Remote Frontend Engineer - Contract to Hire

Description:

• Ideon is seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer to assist in upgrading customer-facing dashboards.
• This role focuses on enhancing user interfaces and improving the overall user experience.
• The engineer will leverage expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• The position is remote and open to candidates from anywhere in the U.S.
• The engineer will report to the VP of Engineering.
• Responsibilities include upgrading and enhancing UIs for Ideon, writing high-quality maintainable code, and collaborating with the Product team.
• The role offers a high degree of autonomy and influence on the culture and direction of the technical organization.
• The engineer will contribute to improving front-end engineering standards and processes and collaborate with back-end engineers.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have strong experience in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and a modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
• A deep care for front-end development and writing high-quality, scalable code is essential.
• Candidates should thrive in highly collaborative engineering teams and emphasize transparent and positive communication.
• A passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces is required.
