The company was founded in 2014 and is a trailblazer in the Residential Real Estate industry, aiming to revolutionize the home-buying and selling process.
The position is for a Frontend Engineer (React/React Native) working remotely from India, with a work schedule from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST.
The Frontend Developer will join the R&D team and play a key role in implementing new features, troubleshooting bugs, and leading the technical vision for web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities include feature development and bug fixing, providing technical leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and advocating for long-term improvements in the frontend codebase.

Requirements:

Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and React Native is required.
Proficiency in writing tests using Jest and Cypress/Playwright, maintaining solid code coverage is necessary.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to make technical decisions and provide recommendations for the long-term direction of frontend development.
A collaborative attitude with the ability to mentor and guide less-experienced engineers is essential.
Comfort in working with a distributed team across multiple time zones and locations is required.
Familiarity with Next.js, Redux Toolkit, Tailwind CSS, and knowledge of Storybook and Figma is preferred.
A strong focus on improving both developer experience and end-user experience is necessary.
A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in frontend development, particularly with React, React Native, and TypeScript.
A background in real estate or familiarity with real estate applications is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in project coordination and leadership, with the ability to manage timelines and work efficiently across teams is necessary.
