Description:

As the Lead Front-End Engineer at Tenderly, you will lead and mentor the Front-End team to ensure excellence in code quality, implementation, and user experience.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to align technical strategy with company objectives for seamless integration of design and functionality.
Make critical architectural decisions to drive scalability, performance, and innovation in Web3 technology.
Provide technical expertise, support testing and validation efforts, and contribute to the codebase for platform success.
Work with a technology stack including React, Google Cloud Platform, and Amazon Web Services.

Requirements:

Proven leadership experience in leading technical teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Mastery of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React with a deep understanding of modern Front-End development practices and tools.
Strong decision-making skills to drive scalability, extensibility, and performance in the platform.
