We are seeking a Lead Frontend Developer to spearhead our frontend development efforts, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to create engaging and responsive web applications.
This is a foundational role within the company that will evolve into a leadership position.
It’s an opportunity to join a greenfield project and be a part of building a team and working with the latest technologies and product creation processes.
Responsibilities include leading the design and development of user-friendly web interfaces using React.js, implementing state management solutions with XState and Stately, and collaborating closely with UX/UI designers and product owners.
The role also involves mentoring and guiding a team of frontend developers, conducting code reviews, optimizing web applications, and staying updated with emerging frontend technologies.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is required.
Experience with state management libraries and tools, particularly XState and Stately, is necessary.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling is expected.
Knowledge of modern frontend build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM is essential.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git, is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
Prior experience in the iGaming or Social Casino industries is a plus.
Preferred qualifications include experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme, understanding of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
