Description:
- Rocket Lawyer is looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to join their team and work on implementing new features and enhancements for their online legal service platform.
- The role involves collaborating with a cross-functional team, including product managers, designers, software engineers, and QA analysts.
- Responsibilities include building efficient front-end components, addressing performance issues, participating in design and code reviews, and championing the adoption of new technologies.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern JavaScript technologies, HTML, CSS, and writing high-performance code for UI components.
- The position offers the opportunity to work on the next generation of Rocket Lawyer products and contribute to a fun, collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of modern JavaScript technologies like Angular, React, and Typescript.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS/LESS/SASS, and writing reusable code for UI components.
- Experience integrating with back-end web services through REST-based APIs and developing responsive interfaces for web and mobile.
- Passion for performance debugging, benchmarking, and 3+ years of experience in building web applications.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required.
