Description:
- Develop, design, and implement software products or ongoing business projects
- Identify the components of the application and infrastructure in the domain
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed estimations
- Deliver high-quality code meeting requirements and performance standards
- Evaluate and recommend robust software solutions
- Identify areas for improvement in existing programs and perform refactoring
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Owners, team managers, and clients
- Mentor colleagues
- Respect team and client agreements
- Communicate progress and provide status updates
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Web Applications using JavaScript, Angular, Typescript, CSS, and HTML best practices
- Interest in XP practices like pair programming, TDD, and simple design
- Good knowledge of frameworks and adjacent technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for team and client interaction
- Ability to adjust strategies based on specific contexts
- Team player willing to collaborate and participate in feedback discussions
- Interest in continuous learning and improvement
