Remote Frontend Staff Engineer

Description:

• Lead the frontend development for a B2B generative AI chatbot project.
• Mentor and collaborate with less senior front-end engineers.
• Make critical decisions on frameworks, libraries, and best practices.
• Implement dynamic UI responsive to conversational content and generated media.
• Drive cross-team collaboration with product, backend, data, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Contribute to coding standards and advocate for best practices.
• Work in a fast-paced, sprint-like environment.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Proven experience in building products from 0 to production.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest frontend frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with GCP, MongoDB, GitHub, and Terraform.
• Experience in software project planning and managing complex projects.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior engineers.
• Strong cross-team collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to get things done.
