Description:

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a full-time Frontend Team Lead to oversee developers and integrate design with programming.
The position is remote, specifically for candidates located in India, and requires verification of the right to work in the country.
The role involves managing and mentoring a team of frontend developers, conducting performance reviews, and providing ongoing feedback.
The selected individual will troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Backend Developers to ensure alignment between tech and design.
Responsibilities include reviewing code, working on Proof of Concepts (POCs), setting standards and guidelines, and communicating with stakeholders about project status.
The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, with a minimum of 4-5 hours of overlap for those outside the U.S.
The salary for this position ranges from $3,000 to $4,000 USD per month.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of professional frontend development experience or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience is required.
Candidates must have at least 2+ years of experience in a frontend development leadership role.
A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Responsive Web Design and proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES5+), TypeScript, and Node.js is necessary.
Experience with client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including Vue.js and ReactJS, is required, with a preference for 6+ years in ReactJS.
Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and a deep understanding of RESTful services/APIs and asynchronous programming.
Experience with JS Frontend unit/integration testing, state management libraries (Redux, Vuex), and object storage services (e.g., S3) is essential.
The ability to translate prototypes and designs into clean, valid, and launch-ready markup is required.
A deep understanding of cross-browser compatibility and a passion for producing pixel-perfect code is necessary.
Experience with CSS pre-processing frameworks (Sass or Less) and knowledge of CMS systems (i.e., WordPress and Joomla) is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
