Description:

  • SupplyHouse.com is seeking a full-time Frontend Team Lead to oversee developers and integrate design with programming.
  • The position is remote, specifically for candidates located in India, and requires verification of the right to work in the country.
  • The role involves managing and mentoring a team of frontend developers, conducting performance reviews, and providing ongoing feedback.
  • The selected individual will troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Backend Developers to ensure alignment between tech and design.
  • Responsibilities include reviewing code, working on Proof of Concepts (POCs), setting standards and guidelines, and communicating with stakeholders about project status.
  • The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, with a minimum of 4-5 hours of overlap for those outside the U.S.
  • The salary for this position ranges from $3,000 to $4,000 USD per month.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of professional frontend development experience or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience is required.
  • Candidates must have at least 2+ years of experience in a frontend development leadership role.
  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Responsive Web Design and proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES5+), TypeScript, and Node.js is necessary.
  • Experience with client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including Vue.js and ReactJS, is required, with a preference for 6+ years in ReactJS.
  • Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and a deep understanding of RESTful services/APIs and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience with JS Frontend unit/integration testing, state management libraries (Redux, Vuex), and object storage services (e.g., S3) is essential.
  • The ability to translate prototypes and designs into clean, valid, and launch-ready markup is required.
  • A deep understanding of cross-browser compatibility and a passion for producing pixel-perfect code is necessary.
  • Experience with CSS pre-processing frameworks (Sass or Less) and knowledge of CMS systems (i.e., WordPress and Joomla) is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
