Description:
The Full Stack Application Developer position is a remote, contracted role for a duration of 12 months.
The role involves managing a development team while contributing to design, documentation, deployment, and process improvement tasks in collaboration with business management and enterprise architects.
The Programmer IV will support Kern Health Systems (KHS) goals through technical discussions, analytics, system process design, code development, testing, and application support, working independently or as a team lead.
Essential functions include providing strong technical direction and guidance, project management skills using PMI methodology, and facilitating project deliverables.
The developer will lead technical teams using Agile methodology for incremental product delivery, perform Scrum Master duties, and promote Agile best practices for continuous improvement.
The role requires facilitating and leading collaborative cross-functional workgroups to resolve complex problems in real-time to reduce operational interruptions.
Mentorship of junior team members in various technical areas is also a key responsibility.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 6+ years of experience with .NET Core or .NET 6 or above.
Expertise in multiple object-oriented programming languages, implementing design patterns, test-driven development (TDD) methods, and multi-tiered applications is required.
Proficiency in developing and implementing applications or solutions using Visual Studio and C#.NET is essential.
Candidates should have expertise in creating complex SQL statements for analytical data mining, software development, or business reporting.
Experience in designing relational databases using Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and above is necessary.
Candidates must have experience implementing EDI solutions using enterprise-grade tools such as Microsoft BizTalk Server or SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Familiarity with CI/CD (continuous integration/continuous delivery) is required.
Exposure or experience with AI tools, including ChatGPT and other AI solutions, is preferred.
Nice to have skills include health plan experience, experience working in a QNXT environment, and knowledge of Edifecs.
