Description:
We are seeking a proficient Full Stack Developer Coach/SME to troubleshoot and guide the development of our AI-powered voice transcription platform.
This role will act as a coach for app architecture and will be an escalation point for coding issues and code development.
The developer will provide resolution to team members to keep the project on track.
The position requires availability for at least 2 hours every day in the mornings to work with a team of developers.
Responsibilities include answering questions in group chats, participating in meetings to guide and coach, and resolving issues and roadblocks in a reasonable timeframe (less than 24 hours for most issues).
The developer will work closely with product managers, analysts, and UI designers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.
Participation in design sprints and review sessions to support the product development lifecycle is also required.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development using Python, Node.js/Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript is required.
A proven track record of developing and managing web applications and APIs is essential.
Strong experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, App Services, and other Azure management tools is necessary.
Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL is required.
Experience in an Agile development environment and understanding of SDLC practices is expected.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex software projects are crucial.
Experience in healthcare technology and understanding of regulatory environments such as HIPAA is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are mandatory.

The position offers a flexible schedule.
Compensation is provided on an hourly pay basis, ranging from $45.00 to $80.00 per hour.
The expected hours are between 10 to 20 per week.
The work schedule is during the day, from Monday to Friday.
