The Full-Stack Engineer role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance full-stack applications with a focus on speed, security, and reliability.
The engineer will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful features across internal tools and customer-facing platforms.
The role includes leveraging AI technologies to enhance user experience and streamline workflows, optimizing backend infrastructure and APIs for scalability and efficiency.
Participation in product planning and contributing to shaping the engineering roadmap is expected.
Conducting code reviews and establishing best practices to ensure technical excellence is part of the job.
The engineer will proactively identify system bottlenecks and implement sustainable, long-term solutions.
The tech stack includes TypeScript, React.js, Next.js for front-end; Node.js, tRPC for back-end; Gemini, Vertex AI for AI/ML; GCP, Cloud Run, Cloud Tasks, Kubernetes, Redis for infrastructure; and PostgreSQL, Spanner, BigQuery for databases.
Requirements:
The candidate must have experience with TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
They should have experience designing, building, and scaling both backend services and frontend applications.
A strong understanding of PostgreSQL and performance optimization is required; familiarity with Spanner is a plus.
Practical experience using Gemini or OpenAI APIs is necessary, with hands-on implementation and prompt engineering for specific use cases.
The candidate should be skilled in managing complex projects and writing clean, maintainable, production-ready code.
They must be comfortable operating autonomously and taking ownership of end-to-end feature delivery.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English are essential.
Bonus points for experience in EdTech or working in a fast-paced startup environment.
