Remote Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• minware is a self-funded seed-stage company focused on eliminating waste from software engineering by helping engineers write better code.
• The Full Stack Engineer will work closely with the founders to build the product using React, GraphQL, and Next.js for the main analytics application.
• Responsibilities include independently planning, implementing, and testing features, collaborating with product managers and customers, designing new system components, managing tech debt, and potentially assisting in hiring.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in building and maintaining complex full-stack applications, understanding high-quality code principles, strong communication skills, familiarity with agile or lean planning, and proficiency in technologies like Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, and React.

Requirements:

• Experience in building and maintaining complex full-stack applications.
• Familiarity with continuous integration, declarative and functional programming principles.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders and customers.
• Knowledge of agile or lean planning and project management processes.
• Preferably experienced with technologies like Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, and React.
• Optional proficiency in infrastructure (AWS, Terraform) and UI (HTML, CSS, Figma).
