Description:

We are seeking a Client Ops Engineer to manage client operations and streamline processes, working closely as part of our client success team.
You will be pivotal in troubleshooting, optimizing workflows, and ensuring client satisfaction.
As the Client Ops Engineer, you'll have access to state-of-the-art AI tools and training resources.
You will collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
You will work with AI Specialists to integrate AI tools with client operations for optimal results.
You will refine internal processes and workflows for improved service delivery with the Operations Team.
Your weekly responsibilities will include managing client operations (50%), providing technical support (20%), identifying areas for process improvement (15%), collaborating with team members (10%), and preparing reports on client performance metrics (5%).

Requirements:

Strong understanding of AI tools and the ability to integrate them with client systems is required.
You must possess problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently.
Experience managing client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels is necessary.
Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with team members and clients.
Familiarity with automated content generation or prompt engineering is a nice to have.
Certifications or degrees in tech-related fields are preferred.
Proficiency in additional languages for broader client support is a plus.
