This role is part of our newly launched Customer Engineering team, where you will work directly with our most valuable customers.
You will drive technical solutions that transform how data teams work.
You will own the technical relationship with our most strategic customers.
Your responsibilities include quickly prototyping and building solutions to address customer pain points.
You will translate customer feedback into product improvements that benefit all users.
Collaboration across engineering and product teams to prioritize customer-driven initiatives is essential.
You will contribute directly to our open-source codebase.
You will help shape our customer engineering practice from the ground up.
Representing the customer voice in product planning and company strategy is a key aspect of this role.

Requirements:

You must be a customer-obsessed engineer who is energized by solving real customer problems.
Full-stack expertise is required; you should be comfortable across our entire tech stack, including TypeScript, React, Node, and SQL.
A growth mindset is essential, with an understanding of user onboarding, activation, and retention mechanics.
You should have experience or a strong interest in data analytics/BI tools and workflows.
Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective remote collaboration and gathering feedback from customer interactions.
You must possess strategic thinking abilities to identify patterns across customer needs that inform product direction.
An execution focus is required; you should be able to ship high-quality solutions quickly, prioritizing customer impact over perfection.
