Remote Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• minware is a self-funded seed-stage company focused on improving software engineering by analyzing code to enhance work processes.
• The Full Stack Engineer will work closely with the founders to develop the product using React, GraphQL, and Next.js.
• Responsibilities include independently planning, implementing, and testing features, collaborating with stakeholders, designing new system components, and managing technical debt.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in building and maintaining complex full-stack applications, possess strong communication skills, and be familiar with agile project management processes.
• Proficiency in Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, and React is preferred, while knowledge of AWS, Terraform, HTML, CSS, and Figma is a plus.

Requirements:

• Experience in building and maintaining complex full-stack applications.
• Familiarity with high-quality code principles, including continuous integration and functional programming.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders and customers.
• Proficiency in agile or lean planning and project management processes.
• Knowledge of core technologies like Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, and React, or similar.
• Optional proficiency in AWS, Terraform, HTML, CSS, and Figma.
