The Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and maintain internal tools and platforms that streamline operations and support data integrity, workflow automation, and cross-team visibility.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable web applications using React for the frontend and Node.js or Go for the backend.
The engineer will architect and maintain serverless infrastructure using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, and S3.
The role involves building internal dashboards, admin tools, and integrations to support Compliance, Asset Management, Asset Acquisitions, and Finance teams.
The engineer will ensure a high level of data security and role-based access controls.
Writing clean, testable, maintainable code and documentation is essential.
Collaboration with product owners, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact tools is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Proficiency in React.js, REST APIs, and modern frontend tooling is required.
Solid backend experience with AWS services and serverless architecture is necessary.
Familiarity with database design, both SQL and NoSQL, is expected.
The ability to quickly and effectively turn business problems into technical solutions is essential.
A strong sense of ownership and attention to detail is required.
Experience working with internal stakeholders across teams is a significant plus.
