Description:

Factored is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in React and Python to join their dynamic development team.
The role involves designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge applications, focusing on both backend and frontend development.
Responsibilities include developing new user-facing features using React, participating in code reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting backend components using Python, and working with AWS services.
The engineer will also identify and address performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and technical debt while staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Strong experience exclusively with React, demonstrated through a portfolio of projects, is essential.
Familiarity with Python and a solid understanding of web development principles, including RESTful APIs and MVC architecture, are necessary.
General knowledge of AWS and experience with cloud services are required.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, are important.
The candidate must be able to adapt to a fast-paced, agile development environment and possess excellent English communication skills.
