  • As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work closely with the product team to deliver cutting-edge tech solutions.
  • You will be involved in developing the rails backend that serves four web applications, iOS & Android applications, a desktop application, and partner API integrations.
  • Your responsibilities will include coding at every layer of the stack, from styling new front-end features to designing and building the API and managing heavy-duty image processing tasks.

Requirements:

  • You must have 5+ years of full stack development experience.
  • Expertise in Ruby on Rails for at least 2 years is required.
  • You should have expertise with JavaScript and at least one JS framework for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Working experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or similar is necessary.
  • Test Driven Development (TDD) experience is required.
  • You should have experience collaborating efficiently with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with scrum or other agile product development methodologies is essential.
  • You must be a self-starter, multi-tasker, and effective communicator who motivates others.
  • A proven track record of delivering robust, on-time, quality solutions within project constraints is necessary.
  • You should be driven to succeed and capable of making educated, logical decisions while also trusting your intuition.
  • A high level of interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence is required, with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
