Constructor is a search and product discovery platform focused on enterprise ecommerce, aiming to enhance product discovery and personalized shopping experiences.
The Retail Media team is developing a platform to connect e-commerce retailers and brands, allowing brands to purchase ad placements within search and recommendation results.
The team seeks Senior Full-stack engineers to build a Customer Dashboard interface for retailers and brands.
Responsibilities include designing, delivering, and maintaining a web application in collaboration with other engineers.
The role involves working with Product and Design teams to build Retail Media functionality and communicating with stakeholders.
Engineers will deliver Customer dashboard features using Typescript and React, while collaborating with backend services built with Python and FastAPI.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a strong foundation in client-side JavaScript, a computer science background, and familiarity with networking principles.
Solid experience with Typescript and front-end frameworks like React is required.
Applicants should have experience in building, maintaining, and debugging full-stack web applications.
Experience with Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django is necessary, or a willingness to learn this stack.
A good understanding of API design principles is essential.
Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture is required.
Experience with relational databases, distributed systems, and caching solutions like MySQL/PostgreSQL is needed.
Candidates should possess analytical skills and experience with SQL for dashboard reports and solutions (ClickHouse, Athena).
Experience with major public cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is required.
Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams is necessary.
Excellent English communication skills are a must.
Previous experience building ad tech solutions is ideal.
