Remote Full Stack Software Engineer-AI

Description:

• Turing is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead AI tooling projects and play a key leadership role within the engineering team.
• The role involves delivering medium-sized projects end-to-end, including system architecture, front-end, and back-end development.
• The engineer will act as a Tech Lead, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Responsibilities include building features from scratch, creating robust and scalable systems, and developing innovative data generation algorithms.
• The engineer will work closely with product users to collect feedback and iterate on products.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications in fast-paced settings.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration are required.
• Proficiency in linking ML model behavior to data distribution and quality is preferred.
• Experience in fine-tuning large language models is a plus.
• Required skills include fast prototyping, proficiency in Typescript and Python, and strong experience with React and Node.js frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases is necessary.
• Experience with building and applying large language models, including prompt engineering and reinforcement learning techniques, is required.
