Description:
Olo is a leading SaaS platform that accelerates digital transformation in the restaurant industry by providing digital ordering, payment, and guest engagement solutions.
As a Full Stack Software Engineer on the Catering team, you will report to an Engineering Manager and be responsible for developing, scaling, and monitoring solutions across the ordering platform.
The Catering team focuses on building innovative tools and user-friendly experiences to optimize restaurant catering operations.
You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.
Your responsibilities will include designing reliable solutions to complex problems, demonstrating knowledge of software engineering concepts, observing system performance, resolving production incidents, participating in frontend and backend work, researching new technologies, and challenging assumptions.
Requirements:
Proficiency in the tech stack, which includes .NET (C#), React, Sass, and SQL Server running in AWS infrastructure.
Familiarity with modern software engineering tools such as GitHub, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, Docker, Datadog, and Sumo Logic.
A collaborative mindset that values communication, skill-sharing, belonging, mutual respect, and curiosity.
Understanding of System Reliability Engineering, Scalability, and Security as integral parts of the software process.
Commitment to Whole Team Quality, ensuring that testing is automated before a feature is considered complete.
Experience with languages such as C# and TypeScript, and frameworks like .NET and React, as well as databases like PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server.

The estimated compensation range for this position is $80k-115k annually for a Software Engineer I and $105k-150k annually for a Software Engineer II, depending on experience and location.
