Leadership Connect is seeking an experienced full-stack software engineer to contribute to the development of next-generation applications.
The role involves designing and developing key products and applications using modern responsive web and mobile frameworks and powerful graph databases.
The engineer will collaborate with business stakeholders to anticipate emergent needs and support business agility.
Core functions include designing and developing information distribution applications using the latest open-source technologies.
The engineer will support full stack development by applying Agile principles, participating in sprint planning, design sessions, development, testing, and deployment.
The position requires interaction with a diverse team to ensure high-quality client delivery.
Flexibility and attention to detail are essential, as well as working in a collaborative team environment using emerging technologies and modern software development practices.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 6+ years of experience for senior level or 2+ years for mid-level as a software developer building web-based products.
A degree in Computer Science or related fields is required, with a complete understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
Proficiency in Kotlin and Java is essential, along with experience in building server-side or backend applications using Spring or an equivalent framework.
An excellent understanding of both relational and NoSQL databases, query languages, and best practices is necessary.
Knowledge of API design and development, including HTTP and REST principles, is required.
Experience in building client applications with ReactJS or VueJS is needed.
Familiarity with Git or other source control software is essential.
Experience with Elasticsearch and handling large amounts of data is preferred.
Familiarity with Docker or other container-based systems is preferred.
Experience with Linux and command-line tools, including writing Bash scripts, is preferred.
An understanding of microservices and cross-service communication is preferred.
Experience with Amazon Web Services and Terraform, or other cloud providers and infrastructure management tools, is preferred.
