The role is for a versatile and self-driven Fullstack Backend Engineer who thrives in a rapid-prototyping environment.
The engineer will be responsible for building two forward-looking products: a crypto asset recovery platform and a suite of AI-integrated communication tools.
The AI-integrated tools include an AI-powered Slack Company Coach and a WhatsApp-based messaging assistant for landlords and tenants.
This position is initially part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and project needs.

Requirements:

Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in React.js or Vue.js is required.
Backend experience with Node.js + Express, Firebase, or Supabase is necessary.
Experience integrating Slack API and Twilio/WhatsApp Business API is essential.
Proven ability to work with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.) in production environments is required.
Understanding of prompt engineering, context window strategies, and vector memory (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB) is necessary.
Experience with AI pair programming tools such as Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, or Cody is non-negotiable.
Comfort with embedding dashboards using tools like Streamlit, Superset, or Metabase is required.
Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases is necessary.
Knowledge of blockchain data, wallet structures, and APIs like Bitquery, Etherscan, or Covalent is essential.
A strong grasp of Git, version control, and modern development workflows is required.
Experience with analytics tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel is necessary.

Experience building with chatbot frameworks like LangChain, Dialogflow, or custom GPT tools is preferred.
Familiarity with A/B testing platforms such as Google Optimize or Optimizely is a plus.
Previous work on fintech or crypto products is advantageous.
Exposure to frontend/backend deployment tools such as Netlify, Vercel, Heroku, or GCP is beneficial.
Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative, early-stage environments with limited structure is a plus.
