Description:
Lumos is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join their team and contribute to building the first AppHQ for companies.
The role involves developing critical customer-facing features across the stack, including frontend (React, Typescript), communication layer (GraphQL, Apollo), and backend (Python, Flask, sqlalchemy).
Responsibilities include driving end-to-end development of projects, designing and building scalable systems, mentoring junior engineers, and refining user requirements.
The position offers the opportunity to work on core product features, ensure engineering system health, and gain leadership opportunities as the company grows.
The successful candidate will be involved in scaling the product, the team, and the entire company.
Requirements:
Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React and Typescript, as well as backend technologies like Python, Flask, and sqlalchemy.
Experience in developing customer-facing features and driving projects from inception to launch.
Ability to design and build scalable systems to accommodate significant user growth.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and refine user requirements.
Willingness to mentor junior engineers, provide feedback, and contribute to team growth.
Interest in gaining leadership opportunities and contributing to the overall success of the company.
