Remote Fullstack Software Engineer

Description:

• The software department at TRACTIAN is dedicated to creating an integrated ecosystem that transforms maintenance and process management by combining predictive maintenance capabilities with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing key features for web applications, ensuring they are user-centric and technologically advanced.
• Your role involves architecting and implementing robust features, services, and APIs to support web application functionality, maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.
• You will proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements, stay updated on emerging technologies, and ensure the security, stability, and scalability of services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of development experience, with at least one year focused on React and Node.
• Experience in developing applications managing complex workflows like ERPs.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, SQL, NoSQL databases, and implementing state management solutions like Redux, Zustand, Jotai.
• Knowledge of server-side logic, RESTful API design, and database schema design.
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD).
