The software department at TRACTIAN is dedicated to developing an integrated ecosystem that transforms maintenance and process management by combining predictive maintenance capabilities with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for enhancing key features of web applications to improve functionality and user experience.
Your role involves architecting and implementing robust features, services, and APIs, maintaining advanced features, and identifying opportunities for system enhancements.
You will stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to ensure a cutting-edge development environment.
Security, stability, and scalability of services are crucial, and you will adhere to best practices to maintain them.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
You should have at least 3 years of development experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on React and Node.
Experience in developing applications managing complex workflows like ERPs is necessary.
Proficiency in TypeScript, SQL, and NoSQL databases, along with knowledge of server-side logic, RESTful API design, and database schema design is essential.
Familiarity with state management solutions like Redux, Zustand, Jotai, and test-driven development (TDD) is required.
