As a Full Stack Engineer (Front-end Focus), you will lead the design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications.
You will drive technical excellence and mentor team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
You will ensure that customer interactions with the platform are high quality, delivering value with minimal friction.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining robust end-to-end solutions, driving the adoption of cloud-native technologies, utilizing JavaScript and Node.js, architecting microservices and APIs, designing and optimizing database schemas, collaborating with DevOps teams, conducting code reviews, and leading Agile processes.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong emphasis on cloud-native applications and a demonstrated track record of leadership in technical roles.
Extensive experience in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and associated frameworks/libraries is required, with a focus on large-scale applications.
Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) is necessary, with a strong focus on user experience and performance.
Proven experience in architecting and implementing complex microservices architectures and RESTful APIs is essential.
You should have expertise in designing and managing both SQL and NoSQL databases, with a strong understanding of data modeling and performance optimization.
Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is required.
You must demonstrate the ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical excellence across the organization.
Strong experience in Agile development processes, with the ability to lead sprints and contribute to continuous process improvement is necessary.
