As a Full Stack Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications, driving technical excellence and mentoring team members.
You will develop and maintain robust end-to-end web and mobile solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
The role involves driving the adoption and implementation of cloud-native technologies, particularly leveraging GCP services for scalability and efficiency.
You will utilize your knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, and related frameworks to deliver high-quality code.
The position requires architecting and developing scalable microservices and APIs, ensuring secure data flow between systems.
You will design and optimize database schemas for both SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Collaboration with DevOps teams is essential to ensure robust CI/CD pipelines and maintain high system availability.
You will conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
Taking a leadership role in Agile processes, you will guide sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
You will lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, utilizing advanced problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

You must have 4+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong emphasis on cloud-native applications and leadership in technical roles.
Extensive experience in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and associated frameworks/libraries is required, particularly for large-scale applications.
Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) is necessary.
Proven experience in architecting and implementing complex microservices architectures and RESTful APIs is essential.
You should have expertise in designing and managing both SQL and NoSQL databases, with a strong understanding of data modeling and performance optimization.
Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is required.
You must demonstrate the ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical excellence.
Strong experience in Agile development processes is necessary, with the ability to lead sprints and contribute to continuous process improvement.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 a year, with final offer amounts determined by various factors.
