The Fullstack Tech Lead will be part of the Partner Expansion team in Brazil, responsible for building and maintaining the acquisition and onboarding of new partners to the Wellhub ecosystem.
The role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining features with a focus on performance, scalability, and stability.
The Tech Lead will provide technical expertise in architecture and design processes, tackle complex technical challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Solutions will be built using Front-End (React with Typescript), Back-End (Spring with Kotlin), and Salesforce (Apex, LWC, and Aura).
The position requires identifying and addressing technical debt and managing the engineering backlog proactively.
The Tech Lead will develop new solutions and features to meet business needs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
The role involves working in an agile development environment, rapidly prototyping, and iterating on solutions.
The Tech Lead will collaborate with the Director of Software Engineering and the Product Manager to evaluate task feasibility and propose technical solutions.
The position includes leading and mentoring a team of developers in Brazil and Portugal, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
The Tech Lead is expected to inspire and empower others by promoting wellbeing in the workplace.
Requirements:
Proven experience leading a software engineering team is required.
Candidates must have experience working as a full stack engineer, with both front-end and back-end stacks being mandatory; Salesforce experience is a plus.
The ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with engineers, product managers, and designers is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, with the ability to articulate technical ideas clearly in English.
Experience in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is required, along with a demonstrated understanding of Agile principles and practices.
A passion for new technologies and a proven track record of analyzing and solving complex technical problems is expected.
A proactive and resourceful approach, with the ability to think creatively and take ownership of projects, is essential.
Proven ability to lead initiatives from inception to release, identifying and resolving roadblocks, and mentoring team members to deliver high-quality results is required.
