Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of full stack development experience and at least 2+ years of experience in the Solana ecosystem developing in Rust.
Proficiency in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS is required.
Expertise in Rust and Node.js for building scalable backend services is necessary.
Experience with smart contract development on the Solana blockchain in Rust is essential.
A strong understanding of blockchain technologies and decentralized applications (dApps) is required.
