Description:

As a GoLang Engineer, you will be at the forefront of Web3, tackling new and challenging problems in the blockchain space.
You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and operating blockchain systems while working in an agile team of experienced software engineers.
The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and diligent approach to software development.
You will help ensure the smooth operation of systems by identifying and fixing issues.
Your responsibilities will include participating in defining requirements, designing, and implementing high-quality code.
You will conduct code reviews, identify root causes, and implement thorough unit tests to produce robust and reliable software products.

Requirements:

A degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
You should have 2-3 years of development experience in Go.
Hands-on experience with tooling related to Go, including build systems, package managers, unit testing, and CI pipelines, is necessary.
The ability to develop software using agile processes and implement mission-critical features is essential.
You must have experience with the code review process and the ability to conduct them.
A strong ability to work in a team environment is required.
Fluency in Git and GitHub is necessary.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently, are important.
Attention to detail and the ability to implement production-level code are required.
Experience operating blockchain networks and troubleshooting outages in an on-call rotation schedule is necessary.
Fluency in English, with strong writing and speaking skills, is required.
A good understanding of blockchain primitives and how Ethereum works is necessary.
Previous work with go-ethereum (geth) or similar clients is preferred.
Experience with cryptography and security is a nice to have.
An understanding of compilers and virtual machines is also a nice to have.
