Description:
Logos is a movement supporting the development of the decentralized web, aiming to create a freer internet for evolving communities.
The Growth Lead role is focused on Web3, privacy, and decentralization, with the goal of championing the Nomos project to other Web3 projects and developers.
Responsibilities include defining and executing the marketing and growth strategy for Nomos, conducting market research, collecting and evaluating analytical data, overseeing content alignment with branding, and promoting Nomos on social media and online communities.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a deep interest in the privacy, crypto, and P2P space.
Experience in marketing strategy and growth initiatives for technical products or services in the Web3, privacy, and decentralization space is required.
A strong understanding of the target audience and market trends in the Web3, privacy, and decentralized space is necessary.
Experience in market research methodologies and the ability to gather insights to inform growth strategies is essential.
Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to user acquisition, engagement, and retention for a B2B or developer-facing product is required.
Experience in providing direction to a team of developers, marketers, and business development professionals is necessary.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts are essential.
