The Head of Developer Ecosystem will lead Thrive’s global DevRel strategy, drive builder acquisition, and engage with the Web3 developer community.
Responsibilities include sourcing and supporting Web3 builders, optimizing their journey from discovery to funding, and collaborating with partner ecosystems.
The ideal candidate should have deep DevRel or ecosystem growth experience, technical fluency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Web3 environment.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Ecosystem Growth, or Technical Community roles.
Hands-on technical fluency is required, with smart contract or full-stack development experience preferred.
A proven track record of scaling developer adoption and engagement is essential.
Candidates should have deep familiarity with Web3 builders, ecosystems, and grant/funding models.
The ability to lead strategy, prioritize goals, and work cross-functionally in a high-growth startup is necessary.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with public-facing experience.
Experience managing DevRel or community teams is a plus.
