• DoubleZero is seeking a highly talented Head of Developer Relations to lead their DevRel efforts in support of the DoubleZero protocol launch.
• The role involves building Developer Relations from the ground up, including team ownership and development.
• The candidate will foster a thriving community of developers related to the DoubleZero protocol, including bandwidth contributors and validators, while educating the ecosystem to drive technology adoption.
• A deep understanding of the technical aspects of the protocol is required to improve its design and assist developers in effective integration.
• The Head of Developer Relations will represent DoubleZero in public forums such as X (Twitter), Discord, and industry events, becoming the go-to person for technical inquiries about the protocol.
• The position includes building and owning necessary technical documentation for developers, such as videos and written walkthroughs, to eliminate integration friction and address developers' concerns.
• The candidate must understand and communicate the technical and financial needs of businesses, not just individual developers.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have 5-10 years of total developer relations or development experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of team leadership experience is required.
• The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in crypto developer relations.
• The ability to deal with ambiguity and bring structure to complex questions is essential.
• The candidate must be able to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.
