Description:
Ada, an AI-powered customer service automation platform, is seeking an Intermediate Software Engineer to join their Bot Automation team.
The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, product managers, and designers to execute Ada's roadmap and enhance the caller experience for their AI-driven CX platform.
The main focus will be on building and enhancing Ada's AI Agent to broaden the range of customer issues that can be autonomously resolved.
The position offers the opportunity to work on a team with a direct business impact, enabling revenue teams to target new sales pools and improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Backend/Full Stack Developer.
Proficiency in backend technologies like Python and Node.js, with knowledge of JavaScript being an asset.
Understanding of databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and in-memory stores like Redis.
Experience with 3rd party LLMs (e.g., GPT, Azure, Anthropic) and deploying code with strong developer operations.

Ability to work with public APIs to create reliable third-party integrations.
