Remote Intermediate Software Engineer

Description:

• Ada, an AI-powered customer service automation platform, is seeking an Intermediate Software Engineer to join their Bot Automation team.
• The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, product managers, and designers to execute Ada's roadmap and enhance the caller experience for their AI-driven CX platform.
• The main focus will be on building and enhancing Ada's AI Agent to broaden the range of customer issues that can be autonomously resolved.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Backend/Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in backend technologies like Python and Node.js, with knowledge of JavaScript being an asset.
• Understanding of databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and in-memory stores like Redis.
• Experience with 3rd party LLMs (e.g., GPT, Azure, Anthropic) and deploying code with strong developer operations.
