Description:
OneFootball is seeking an iOS Engineer to join the Match XP Squad, working remotely from Portugal.
The position is full-time and permanent, aimed at enhancing the user experience for football fans.
The role involves understanding user pain points and translating them into meaningful features and experiments through A/B testing.
The engineer will play a critical role in the design, planning, and development of complex features across OneFootball apps.
Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving technical problems, writing testable code, improving continuous integration processes, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience developing iOS applications and be open to learning Flutter on the job.
The role requires expertise in iOS development, with a willingness to learn the basics of Flutter, as the codebase is hybrid.
A product-minded approach with a sense of business and data-driven decision-making is essential.
Strong teamwork skills are necessary, as the engineer will work in a cross-functional team.
Experience with architectural patterns such as BloC, Provider Pattern, MVVM, MVI, and Redux is preferred, though not all are required.
A focus on user experience and design is important, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and product managers.
Proven experience with REST, JSON, and Git is required, along with hands-on debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Candidates should be eager to learn and grow professionally, with experience in Extreme Programming (XP) practices like Pair-Programming and TDD considered a plus.
