Description:

• Structure and lead technical refinements.
• Create and maintain artifacts such as architecture diagrams.
• Support the Squad Leader in preparing the team's planning by explaining the refinements.
• Understand technical needs and actively participate in rituals.
• Provide insights in the development and evolution of a scalable and high-performance solution.
• Support the technical and behavioral evolution of team members.
• Integrate systems by seeking, transforming, and sending information.
• Code and structure automated tests (TDD) to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Support and structure code reviews to adhere to best practices and client quality gates.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java 17+.
• Experience with Springboot and Cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of design patterns and microservices architecture.
• Ability to develop APIs in Java.
• Familiarity with relational databases.
• Experience in developing automated tests using the test pyramid strategy.
• Strong communication skills to ensure alignment within the team.
