Description:

• Define technical and architectural solutions in collaboration with the team and the client in a financial project.
• Bring innovative solutions to technical or business problems.
• Ensure the execution of best Agile Software Engineering and DevSecOps practices with the team.
• Create and manage the project roadmap, including architectural activities, system dependencies, risks, and technical debts.
• Proactively anticipate opportunities and issues, developing preventive solutions swiftly and effectively.
• Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.
• Lead and mentor other Senior Architects and Developers, mapping succession plans and talents.
• Be an inspiring leader recognized by the team, showing genuine concern for each team member.

Requirements:

• Experience with Azure Cloud.
• Experience in designing and defending architectural solutions.
• Proficiency in creating architecture designs and diagrams (C4).
• Experience in web development, microservices, and/or mobile.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and NodeJs.
• Familiarity with quality culture (unit, functional, and automated testing).
• Familiarity with DevOps culture (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, etc.).
• Experience in code review.
• Mastery of Agile Software Engineering and DevSecOps best practices such as TDD, Test Pyramid, CI/CD, Feature Toggle, Clean Architecture, Build & Run, Intentional Architecture.
