We are actively seeking a Mid-Level and a Senior-Level Java Developer to join our dynamic team, focusing on a complex and mission-critical system.
This role requires proactive and self-sufficient developers who can independently drive tasks and adapt quickly to challenges.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot in a microservices architecture.
Developers will structure and lead technical refinements and engage in hands-on Java microservices development to build RESTful APIs.
The role involves integrating systems and data using cloud and on-premise applications, including message brokers like Kafka or ActiveMQ.
Developers will develop and evolve high-performance solutions in a scalable environment, ensuring quality through automated tests (TDD) and code reviews.
Managing relational and NoSQL databases, specifically MSSQL/Oracle and MongoDB, is also part of the job.
Implementing CI/CD and DevOps automation practices focusing on scalability, security, and performance is required.

Requirements:

Strong experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and microservices design patterns (DDD) is essential.
Proficiency in developing and deploying applications on Kubernetes and AKS platforms is required.
Experience with automated test development using the test pyramid strategy is necessary.
A continuous improvement mindset with a strong problem-solving ability is expected.
Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and the Camunda framework is a plus.
