The role involves working throughout the entire lifecycle of functionalities, from conception to testing, production deployment, and continuous improvement.
The candidate will be responsible for providing services related to one of the largest banks in Brazil, ensuring quality, performance, and innovation.

Requirements:

The candidate must have experience in development with Java and Kotlin without restrictions.
A solid understanding and application of scalable microservices architecture is essential.
Experience with good development practices such as TDD, DDD, Clean Code, and Hexagonal Architecture is required.
Practical experience with Agile methodologies, specifically SCRUM or KANBAN, is necessary.
Knowledge in SQL database modeling and queries is required.
The candidate must understand HTTP/HTTPS protocols, including web communication security.
Proficiency in version control using Git and Git Flow is essential.
The role requires coding automated tests, including unit, functional, and performance tests, according to team guidelines.
The candidate should have the ability to extract information about performance, logs, and metrics from applications.
Good communication skills, a spirit of partnership, and proactivity in solving technical problems (bugs, incidents, and analyses) are important.
Commitment to following the policies and processes defined by the client is required.
Familiarity with AWS is preferred.
